The Pavilion Celebrates Halloween with a Spooktacular Movie Night Under the Stars
The Woodlands, TX - Celebrate Halloween at The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion with a movie night under the stars Friday, October 23 at 7:30 p.m., presented by The Howard Hughes Corporation. Families are encouraged to come in costume for a screening of Monsters, Inc. on the venue’s 3 large LED screens. Tickets are $20 for a family pack of four seats – available on the lawn or in the reserved seating area – and includes popcorn for the family to enjoy. Lawn pods include four lawn chairs. Gates open at 6 p.m.
Everyone is encouraged to dress up in their Halloween costume for a chance to be featured on the screens during a digital costume parade. Guests will also get the opportunity to take home a pumpkin (while supplies last) courtesy of H-E-B.
"We are so excited for the opportunity to welcome community members back to The Pavilion once again.” said Jerry MacDonald, President and CEO of The Pavilion. “This is will be a wonderful event and we are looking forward to seeing everyone in their Halloween costumes."
All guests are required to wear face masks to enter and exit the venue as well as in all common areas. Guests are also required to adhere to all COVID safety protocols including maintaining safe social distance, not congregating in common areas and frequent handwashing. “Safety is a top priority for this event and to ensure the well-being of our guests and staff members, all reserved seating and lawn pods will be socially distanced with six feet in between each group,” said MacDonald.
Please note that no bags, purses, or blankets are permitted inside of the venue. This policy is in effect to ensure the safety of guests and staff members as well as eliminate the need for close personal contact. Medically necessary bags are permitted but will be searched and tagged. Outside food will not be permitted to be brought in for this event. Concession stands will be open for the purchase of food and beverages. Free parking is available in the on-site Gold Lot, located along Six Pines Drive.
Families needing more than four seats are encouraged to purchase multiple pods next to each other. Tickets are available for purchase online only at ticketmaster.com. Please note that The Pavilion Box Office is closed for the season and will not be open for ticket distribution.
