Greetings from sunny California! It's time to pack your bags and head West - The Pavilion Gala is back, California-style. March 24th will be a surfin', spectacular time as we celebrate beach life, the wine country and kickin' back on the coast. With a special show by Don Felder, formerly The Eagles' lead guitarist (of Hotel California fame), we can't wait to cruise into this night full of good vibrations.
At The Pavilion, "Gala" means something entirely different.
Our Gala isn't about fancy dresses or nice suits - it's about raising money to support the mission of The Pavilion and having as much fun as possible while doing it. As a leading concert venue, you can expect world class entertainment in an intimate setting. This year that means former Eagles guitarist and rock legend, Don Felder, will play a show worthy of the highest praise. This Gala also means trading in your black tie for a California costume - whether you come as a Beach Boy, beach bum or Hollywood star, we can't wait to see you roll in on our red carpet. We've packed our bags. We're ready to head West and claim our piece of California dream. Are you?
Don Felder is renowned as a former lead guitarist of The Eagles, one of the most popular and influential rock groups of our time.
The band’s record-setting compilation Their Greatest Hits (1971-1975) sold over 29 million copies in the U.S. alone and was awarded by the RIAA the top-selling album of the 20th Century. A member of The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame since 1998, Felder served as a member of The Eagles for 27 years, putting his mark on numerous Eagles milestones. Felder originated the music and co-wrote The Eagles’ biggest hit – the iconic, Grammy-studded smash “Hotel California” – along with fan favorites like “Victim of Love” and “Those Shoes.” He became immediately celebrated for his lyrical, signature guitar work on legendary songs like “Hotel California,” “One of These Nights,” “New Kid In Town,” and numerous more.

Learn MoreThe Pavilion exists to put The Arts in your hands. We do that by introducing new audiences to great music, educating and advocating for a new generation of musicians and presenting a diverse offering of performing arts. Many people simply see The Pavilion as a concert venue, but our efforts reach far beyond that. A Gala not only allows us to help attendees understand how and why we do what we do, but also gives us a chance to raise valuable funding to support our mission. We're so thankful to the many, generous donors who already support The Arts at The Pavilion. We hope you'll consider joining them by attending our Gala.
