Frolic in our Winter Wonderland, complete with snow, with performances of holiday classics and popular carols. The plazas are all decked out for holiday fun. Guests can visit with Frosty and other holiday characters, make arts and crafts, play in the snow, listen to carolers sing and much more. All aboard for a ride on the Candy Cane Express for a merry good time starting at 5:30 p.m. in the Gold Lot. Pre-concert activities begin at 5:30 p.m. 

Preferred parking is available at all Ticketmaster locations for $10 plus service charge. FREE guest parking is available in lighted and patrolled lots convenient to The Pavilion. Click here for more info.

Guests are allowed to bring bags into the facility with a security check at the gate, unless restricted by the event. Bags cannot be held at any time at The Pavilion Information Booths, regardless of the event. This is in an effort to better secure the venue and ensure the safety of our guests.
